Personal Data We Process and Purposes

Personal data you share with us via our contact form, job application form or other channels on our website - such as your name, email address, phone number, message content, CV/resume information and any other data you share during recruitment - is processed in order to:

• Evaluate your requests and messages and respond to you,
• Evaluate job applications and carry out recruitment processes,
• Inform you about our services,
• Fulfil our legal obligations and resolve potential legal disputes,
• Ensure the security and proper functioning of our website.

Collection Method and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact and career/application forms on our website, based on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, including explicit consent, direct connection to the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and the data controller's legitimate interest provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with authorised public institutions where legally required, with technical infrastructure providers such as our email/hosting service providers, and with business partners where relevant to your request, in compliance with the KVKK and limited to the purpose. Your personal data is not transferred abroad.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7,
• Request that the above actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• Object to an outcome that is against you arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

How to Apply

You may submit your requests regarding the above rights in writing, together with identifying information, to our address above or via email at info@zrngroup.com. Your requests will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
